About this course

Our Level 2 Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults course gives front-line staff the knowledge to recognise, respond to and report safeguarding concerns. It is designed for SIA-licensed door supervisors and security officers, stewards, event staff, retail and hospitality teams, education support staff, care workers and anyone whose role brings them into contact with children or adults at risk. The course covers the legal framework (Children Act, Care Act and Working Together guidance), the categories and indicators of abuse, exploitation issues such as child sexual exploitation, county lines and modern slavery, and exactly what to do when a disclosure is made. Delivered in one day at our East London venue, with a digital certificate issued the same day.
