- Nominated First Aiders on lower-risk / smaller construction sites
- Employers meeting Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 needs assessment
Entry requirements
- 18 years or over
- Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- Reasonable spoken and written English
What you will learn
- Role and responsibilities of an emergency first aider
- Primary survey, CPR and AED use
- Choking, bleeding, shock and burns
- Seizures, minor injuries and unresponsive casualties
Certification & outcome
Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work, valid for 3 years.
